Administrative offices, and Global R and D headquarters is located in Braselton GA, just north of Atlanta.

James A. Shell has 30 years of technical experience in elastomers, raw materials, and production processes in the rubber industry, including experience in all four major tire manufacturers, a major supplier of raw materials, and extensive Product Development and Materials Development experience with major rubber industry companies. Jim has presented numerous technical papers for the ACS Rubber Division, had four articles published in Rubber World, and is the author of over 40 technical publications. Jim is a certified RABQSA ISO9001:2000 quality auditor, and has worked as a quality systems/process improvement consultant for various Fortune 100 companies.

Terry L. Braswell is a recognized expert in the field of elastomer recycling having worked for 35 years with major participants in the field. His experience with fluoroelastomers started with the construction of the FRS facility, and has achieved continuous productivity and product quality improvements in the Valley Park facility since its aquisition by Rex-Hide in the late 1990’s.
